Do not go to the Melrose Park, IL location!

My sons phone was stole from this location. When I asked the manager about whether it could have possibly been captured on camera, I was told that area has blind spots. Go figure, the exact area where my sons phone was stolen cant been seen on their surveillance cameras. I also wrote to their corporate office and was basically told to follow-up with the police. There was no care or concern or any follow-up on the companys behalf. That said, I will for sure never return.

Unfair Work Experience(s)

The Manager Jodie at the Kapolei, Hawaii location absolutely needs to be removed. These managers are unprofessional and play favoritism in the work place. I absolutely do not recommend working for this company, as the workers do NOT even know their own policy for employees calling out for legitimate FAMILY EMERGENCIES. There is absolutely NO REASON they should FORCE an employee to show up even though they already explained why theyre calling out. ITS ILLEGAL for them to even ask why theyre not coming to work. There are policies set in place for a reason. As a previous Human Resources employee Its disappointing to know that companies like this are allowed to use and abuse the power they have to create an unpleasant work experience for their employees.

Complaint of manager

Hello i would like to file a complaint on Micheal. I was called in for an interview at Mentor,OH Chuck E Cheese and i then filled out applications and he told me to come back with my Work permit signed. I get my permit signed and he gives me and Orientation date on Sunday December 16th. I there sat and waited for him to get there. He finally got there and spoke and went to the back. Im not sure if the person that came back to me was a worker or manger but his name was Thomas. He then told me write my name and number down and i did as told. This was my first Job. He then told me that i had two options i could stand for 4 hours and a watch another person do kid check or i could wait and come back another time. I wasn't sure myself what i wanted to do. He ask if i drive i told him yes but not all the way here. He told me it would just be better for me to go home and wait. One i did not know and i followed what the employer said. Michel the manger came up to me and said I changed my mind, I dont want to hire you. I sat there and i called my mom and waited. I am only 15 and just looking for a job to help my mom out with my siblings and bills. Can someone tell me if that is possible to bring someone to Orientation in Work Uniform then have them leave because they dont want you there ?

Don't call go in person. If close by that pizza place.

We need address and phone numbers on each location it's hard to get ahold of someone they gave me a number 915 5 9 0 * * * * they picked up the phone and set it down never answered me they didn't even say hold on nothing I waited for 13 minutes 30 seconds and nothing . They never answered I don't have all day to call and ask one question And they don't have the courtesy to ask what we need today is Friday December 13th 2019

They pick up the phone set it down and don't ask questions they don't even have the courtesy of telling me to wait minute they left me on the phone for a good while I put it on the survey I think it was 12 minutes and 1/2 something like that never answere

Stay Clear

Quiara Matthew's aka Keke is a very poor Training Manager because she harasses her employees and yells at them. She thinks she has done nothing wrong when in fact, she is. She also thinks she won't get in trouble when she will be in trouble. Not only this, but she over exaggerates and tell other employees how aweful she is. When the conversation the other employee had, she didn't need to take *** further and message her on Facebook. Good thing she's in the kitchen and not always out to the public! We are a military family who came to Chucky cheese to celebrate our daughters 1st bday. We were treated very badly told there was no military coupons than stared at by the worker and the so called rude manager who refused to help with our prices. Worst experience ever. The whole time they both stared and gave me and my guest dirty looks. Unbelievable

Worst experience eve

I was here around 8:45pm on Saturday. This is not my first time here, however; this time i was treated so poorly but a white young lady with glasses. And at the end, when my kid was getting her toys in exchange of the tickets the lady that helped us was soooo rude to my kid as well. When i first came in, it took me about ten minutes to be helped while there were employees, especially a white, blonde lady with long hair and long white nails checking her phone and wearing earphones while on the floor behind the registers. The only person that actually was nice and helped people was a young man wearing khakis and a black shirt. You really need to re-evaluate how these employees are treating your customers especially the kids. On our way out, no one checked our hand stamp. Someone could’ve been Kidnapping my kid and no one would’ve noticed. Until the nice gentleman caught up to us and checked our stamp. While the other two ladies were standing by the registers just chilling and talking to each other. This is the worst place ever. I’m never coming back here again until you fire those employees.

Credit for visit

The internet was down and they wouldn't accept any coupons without coupon code. I had to spend more money for less product and didn't even get an apology. I am a frequent customer and have 5 children that come there with me. The manager is not a nice man and has been very rude to me several times in the past including this last visit. There are several other options in town that l can take my kids to but l still take them to Chuck E. Cheese because my youngest very much enjoyed it there. I also didn't receive credit for my visit on top of the horrible customer service. Extremely Dissatisfied all the way around! Also Chuck E. Was supposed to come out every 30 minutes for a dance and ticket splash. We saw him once in a four hour visit. He came out threw tickets at the kids and went back to his closet. Disappointed, dissatisfied,angry and this situation needs to be ratified immediately!! Thank you and have a good day. Erlene Pope 192********. Horrible

I recently took my son to chucke cheese in Concord, CA And he got one of the prizes. We actually come here atleast once a week and I spend about $200 everytime. The most expensive prize on the shelf. It was like a nerf gun. Which was 6 thousand tickets. Which according to chucke cheese is equivalent to $60. So I get the prizes for him and we take it home and open it. Then realize it needs batteries. So we put brand new Duracell batteries in. And it doesnt work. So I try another set of batteries. And still doesnt work. I take it back to chucke cheese a few days later and tell them it doesnt work at all and i need to exchange it for another. They told me no. They told me once I leave the building, it's out of their hands. That they will not exchange it for a working one. So I ask them why, it doesnt work. And it's the most expensive prize on the board and it is defective. She, the manager said she doesnt care, she will not change it. And she wont change any prize for anyone. So I asked. How am I supposed to know that the product they are selling me doesnt work, and how am I supposed to know it needs batteries? What am I supposed to bring batteries every where I go? She said that if that makes me feel better I can do that, but if we leave out of the building with a toy. They can do nothing about it. I believe this is fraud. They probably have many toys that dont work. And especially the most expensive ones. They are conning children and parents to spend tickets and money on things that do no work. This really needs to be fixed. I will also be talking to my lawyer about this and also the news so other parents and families know to be careful to purchase anything from here. AND ACCORDING TO THE MANAGER, BRING BATTERIES.

Lost my iphone

I went with my friend on Chuck E. Cheese in San Nicolas Avenue in Bronx. We ask the manager to check the cameras but he says he can’t because the cameras has been checking for a company. There is any way we can check the cameras to find out who took my phone ? I always take my niece and nephews because I thought this is a safe place to be since the cameras by now with all those incidents I do not know what should I think .
