Unsanitary reasons. My child keeps getting sick. Machines aren't sanitized often

I have been to Chuck E Cheese several times with my family. My son enjoys it but he keeps ending up sick right after our visits. I have observe that machines in which 100s of kids play on doesn't get disinfected. Recently I had to rush my son to the ER after a week of cold symptoms which turned out to be the Stomach virus.

Complaint on employee

I called in regards to booking a party and the possibility of the establishment closing due to novel coronavirus 19 I asked if my deposit would be refunded in such matter. Your employee Kristi was not sympathetic nor concerned placed me on hold with our saying Came back on the line and said no only my deposit would be good for a year. Dissatisfied by her attitude and demeanor I am asking to be addressed appropriately and honestly with all respect

Upset for visit

I arrived at chucky cheese today at 1:30 I placed my order for a large 2 topping pizza and then I placed another order for another 1 large 2 topping pizza both orders took literally over an hour to receive my pizza I had to keep asking the servers as well The managers on why the pizza were taking so long in all they told me that they were is super busy and that to be patient at this point I had to purchase another $20 of gameplay to keep myself there because I ran out of tokens and neither one did anybody offer me anything being that I have had to wait over an hour for my pizza when I saw other people receive their pizzas that ordered after me I am not quite sure what the problem was here but all I know is that the manager never tried to solve the problem and and highly upset.

My and family and I came to this location because is was the closest to us. We had coupons for buy 5 dollars of games and get a free large pizza. When we got there the manager Stevie came around told the girl that was helping us to move and she just ignored that we had this coupon and wouldnt honor it so my family and I ended up spending 60 plus dollars Stevie did not give us our receipts they had no forks or knives out I had to stand at the salad bar for about 10 mins waiting for a fork and knife Stevie was sooo rude to us and had horrible customer service she should not be a manger if she does not enjoy working with customers. You can review your cameras to show she did not give us any receipts when ask about our receipts she said she could not reprint them . So thats kinda weird I will never come to this chuckle cheese again

When you act like a child(mistaking not getting your way as rude) you have no right calling grown women girls. When your grammar and punctuation skills are that of a fourth grade child, you have no right calling grown women girls.I know that you want to treat your child to Chuck E Cheese for his or her birthday, but if you cannot afford to then don't. You are not entitled to a full refund.

All the places I've worked they have supplied the work uniform because if you need a job you need money too and might not have the money to buy the clothes and then food and other essentials to live if it's not ok why cant they supply all employees with suitable jackets to wear because everyone is different she usually wears a jacket when super cold because her body is defective on the creation of body heat and I look normal but I also have stuff wrong with me that a jacket helps my back from feeling like I'm gonna collapse and she has a good work jacket alot of people would die to have her jacket simply because they can not afford nice things when a company would tax write off it and not come from their pockets exactly because its something to keep the company successful and moving its supposed to be a friendly environment not letting someone wear something that is apart of the dress code is a bit ridiculous and that's not friendly or trying to work with them even if the jacket was wrong colors and they said to get another she could not afford that so not letting someone who's shivering wear a jacket that's plain is a bit unruly alot of people wish they had a house and a job and money but not everyone is capable of that my dad lives out of a tent trust me I know struggling hard but we have bought stuff because it was required and now she cant use it I'm a bit outraged by this barely making our Bill's but we have the stuff we need to stay alive and cover our bodies atleast but special clothing aside from the special clothing she already has that we have to also pay for when they wear out I only have to supply myself with a pair of shoes my company pays for everything else because that's what big companies do.

What are the allowed jacket colors of employees when she started she was allowed to wear her solid light gray jacket and now her manager is telling her that her solid light gray jacket which he told her last year is what she needed to wear is now not ok ? Its 50 degrees outside she is always cold never wears a jacket unless its below 60 degrees and this unpassionate manager is telling her that it has to match her shirt now, and she doesn't have money to buy 7 jackets when she already bought one that she was told over a year ago is allowed we don't have much money to live let alone buy special jackets that's a part of a dress code when she has one that should be apart of dress code there is nothing on her jacket its solid light gray no decals or anything. Can you please send me the employee handbook where it says what jackets are and are not allowed please and thank you.

If this jacket is not ok anymore then she cant wear a jacket which is not cool when the jacket is a solid color with nothing on it and this jacket used to be allowed she does not have money to purchase a jacket it's bad enough she had to buy the uniform

Customer service was so rude to me today did not want to help me replace my lost card they said they dont replace them but give you a little paper in the beginning if lost cards. I lost 20 dollars they couldve easily helped me manager did not want to give me a name? & gave me an attitude. Im a paying customer & the way i got treated today was unexceptional!

Complain about party

Party hostess wasn’t fully prepared for my sons party, I wasn’t told about the store not having pitchers for the soda and I felt rushed. Managers did not accommodate the problem so I will never book a party at Chuck E. Cheese again

" very simple question" People use phrases like this are typically rude and a PITA. They get off on trying to abuse "the help" thinking the little money they're spending is really something.

Things like you are often times condescending and rude when asking a simple question. People like you who use this phrase are oftentimes called "Karen" by people in the service industry.

Google Karen. I'm quite sure you're a joke to your family.
